What Is Airpak Round Town?

Round Town is a comprehensive delivery service provider that offers short run deliveries in the corporate area.

Yes we do!

What are your delivery service hours?


Round Town operates 8:30am- 5:00pm, Mon through Fri. Please call 927-PACK for any requests outside of those hours.

How long will it take to deliver my package?


Delivery estimates depend upon the distance between package pick-up and delivery. Our drivers know the best routes to quickly and safely get every package to its final destination as efficiently as possible.

Is there a waiting time charge?


Yes. Additional charges may be applied if the driver has to wait at either pickup or delivery, depending on what type of courier service you have requested.

Do you offer outsourced fleet management?


Yes, we can give you an alternative to managing a fleet internally. Many companies have benefited from outsourcing avoiding additional overheads, maintenance costs, holiday pay, and sick pay for workers, compensation premiums or long service!
Can you help with mail or banking?

Round Town can take care of your business' mail pick-ups and document deliveries. Through our Mail and Banking Service, we can even take care of your banking collections and lodgments.

What is AirPak Express?



AirPak Express is an island wide, same day, door to door courier service, for documents and packages.


What would I use AirPak for?



A. You can use AirPak for the efficient delivery ANY type of document or package! AirPaks standards of speed, accuracy and timeliness offer the most efficient service to our customers whether personal or corporate. Our corporate clients use AirPak to ensure the efficient delivery of time sensitive, confidential documents or packages, whether it is inter-office or otherwise.

Do you offer international Courier services?


A. Yes! AirPak is a local partner of UPS, the world’s largest package delivery company and one of the leaders in specialized transportation and logistics. We have also partnered with TNT, another global courier service which offers the efficient delivery of documents and packages worldwide.

Where are you Located?


A. Our offices are located in Kingston, Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Mandeville, May Pen, Negril and Savanna-la-Mar. Our “contact us” section has our office locations and numbers.


How soon will my package or document reach?



We offer 2 types of domestic delivery, same day and next day.
Same Day
Shipments picked up in the mornings during the hours 8:30 am – 12:00 pm will be delivered the same day during the hours 2:00pm – 5:00pm. This service is within the major towns only.
Next Day/Overnight
Shipments picked up in the afternoon during the hours 2:00pm – 5:00pm will be delivered the next business day during the hours 8:30 am – 12:00 pm.

Does the package come directly to me, or will I have to pick it up somewhere?

Whatever your preference is! We offer 4 types of services:
Door to Door - The shipment is picked up by our courier from you (shipper) and delivered directly to the consignee's address.
Centre to Centre - The shipment is taken to the centre by the shipper and the consignee accepts delivery of the shipment from the destination centre.
Door to Centre - The shipment is picked up by our courier and consignee accepts delivery of shipment from destination centre.
Centre to Door - The shipment is taken to origin centre by the shipper and delivered to consignee by our courier.
7. Q. How do I schedule a pick up or delivery?

There are two ways to do this:

1. Log on to Mailpac Express and follow the instructions.

2. Call 927-PACK (927-7225) and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to assist you.

What are your rates?

All our rates are available on Mailpac Express.


What are your hours of operation?


AirPak is open from Mon – Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.

What is Mailpac?

MailPac is an e commerce solution that offers an overseas mail and package service.

How does Mailpac work?

A. 1. When you open an account with us, you are given a US mailing address or "Smart Address," which consists of a Post Office Box AND a street address. This address will become your personal address in the US and should be used as the shipping address for all online orders. 2. When the package reaches our mailing facility, we transport your packages to Jamaica. 3. Upon arrival in Jamaica we handle the customs processing. 4. When your package is at our facility you will get a notification that it is here, from there you can either have your package delivered to you, or can pick up from one of our locations.

Why can’t I just send my overseas packages to my Jamaican address?

The majority of online shopping sites are US based. Due to the complications shippers may encounter with the difference in customs and duty procedures in other countries, some websites do not offer shipping outside the US and Canada. Some websites ship outside of the country but usually has a high shipping cost.

Only people who have a credit card can use Mailpac services?

No! Anyone can use MailPac. All of our locations are equipped with computers, shopping assistants and the use of our credit cards, so feel free to come in any time!

What are your rates?

Can I find out how much an item is going to cost me before I order?

Although it is impossible for us to tell exactly how much an item will cost given the varied rates that are issues by customs (the valuation of your item is really at the discretion of customs), you can call us at 876-927-PACK(7225) and we can provide you with a fair estimate.

How can I ensure customs charges me properly?

As the only company in Jamaica with a "pre-alert" system, Mailpac allows you to upload your invoice to our database before your package arrives. Pre-alerting your package not only ensures that customs gets the correct value of the item on which to assess duties, but the item is automatically insured for the full amount of the invoice and the package gets priority treatment in Miami.

Are my shipments insured?

As long as you pre-alert your shipment, it is insured up to the full value of the item (100% insurance).
